Thales has developed a
new, advanced variant of its
Lightweight Multiple Launcher
(LML) that delivers a ready-to-
fire surface-to air and surface-
to-surface capability in one
launch package.
The new Lightweight Multiple
Launcher – Next Generation
(LML-NG) replaces the direct
optic view capability of the
legacy LML with new head and
sensor assemblies.
The new head assembly
supports options for two laser
beam riding missiles – the
Starstreak high-velocity missile
or lightweight modular missile
(LMM), or a combination of
both
