Beat the threat
With the changing nature of
threats in mind, Greece-based
EODH is constantly innovating to provide
protection for any type of
platform.
A pioneer of ballistic
protection, EODH now employs
nanotechnology and a new
generation of composites and
hybrid materials to provide
comprehensive survivability
solutions for platforms on
land, sea or in the air. The aim
is for high ballistic strength
with substantial kinetic energy
absorption, and significant
weight reduction, at the most
effective price-performance ratio.
This has made EODH one of
the preferred partners in the
Leopard 2A7 and several modern
armoured fighting vehicle
programmes.
The company is currently involved in the
development of major projects
in Europe, the Americas and the
Middle East.
Besides a wide range of
spall liners, EODH is offering
transparent armour based
on innovative glass ceramic
technologies. Compared with
typical glass, this armour is
70 per cent lighter, with
multi-impact absorption and
visibility even after multiple
shots.
